AVS is a paid B2B service that helps strategically grow complex brands on Amazon. As an Account Manager (internal title: Senior Brand Specialist), you will own and drive the strategic relationship with a portfolio of complex vendor accounts operating across multiple EU marketplaces. You will navigate the unique dynamics of each market while building unified, customer-centric business plans that create value for both end customers and your vendor partners. You will own your vendors' annual Vendor Growth Plans (VGPs) and be a key contributor to Joint Business Planning (JBP), shaping the 3-year strategic direction alongside your vendors. You will translate performance insights into strategic priorities across four key areas: selection and product lifecycle management, supply-chain and operational excellence, marketing and brand visibility, and commercial performance optimization.
