• Prepare and maintain accurate client ledgers and account records.
• Assist clients in processing and facilitating loan applications with accredited banks.
• Monitor accounts scheduled for bank financing conversion and ensure timely compliance.
• Conduct follow-ups through calls and emails regarding bank financing requirements
• Secure, review, and submit complete loan requirements to partner banks.
• Facilitate the collection of transfer fees and other related charges.
• Prepare and request Guaranty letters/ Deeds of Undertaking for authorized signatories.
• Submit duly signed documents to banks and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate the release and receipt of loan proceeds from banks.
• Facilitate issuance of official receipts to banks and clients.
• Handle Client Inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
