The Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our expanding sales team and make an impact in music education across Canada, the U.S., and globally. We are looking for candidates who thrive in prospecting and closing new businesses while growing existing accountโs revenue. You will be part of a growing team that will be the driving force of RCMโs ambitious growth plan aligned with its strategic directions.
The Account Executives are responsible for driving revenue growth across RCMโs core educational programs in Canada, U.S., and globally: the RCM Certificate Program, Smart Start (RCMโs early childhood music education offering), and RCM publications. This role is accountable for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and focuses on building lasting relationships with music educators, music retailers, school boards, early childhood education providers, and other institutional partners.
