Job Description
- True closing Midmarket AE. Full sales cycle from cold outreach through close.
- Outbound-heavy, ~45-day sales cycle, ~$35K average deal size. Ramped reps average 140% of quota.
- Selling AI security software to mid-market
- and enterprise across retail, K-12, healthcare, warehouses / logistics, and commercial real estate. Customer mix is roughly 60% SLED and 40% Corporate.
- Territories are large and unsegmented β reps own the whole pie within their geography.
Must Haves:
- 2β8 years quota-carrying AE experience in a closing role.
- Closes net-new business β not 100% renewals or expansion.
- Builds at least part of their own pipeline (>60% builder/hunter β not primarily inbound-fed).
- Located in one of our 3 active metros (CA / UT / AZ) β 5 days in-office is firm.
- Currently or recently at a 100+ employee company with a relevant SaaS, tech, or complex sales motion β not coming from cons...
