Job Description
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Prepare invoices, payments, receipts and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and journal entries
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments
- Support insurance billing and claims reconciliation processes
- Assist in preparing management reports and financial schedules
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors and external stakeholders
- Support audit and tax documentation when required
- Ensure compliance with company finance procedures
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 1–2 years of accounting / finance experience
- Familiar with AP, AR, reconciliations and basic month-end closing
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage
