Job Description
We are looking for a driven B2B Account Executive with deep industry connections and a track record of success in both outbound and inbound sales within cryptocurrency, digital assets, or traditional financial markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, opening doors with key decision‑makers, and navigating complex deal structures in a fast‑moving, highly competitive industry.
This position prioritizes candidates with LATAM market experience and those located within time zones that overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads
- Leverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Markets' client network
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high‑value contracts
