Job Description
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for MES and enterprise software solutions - Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing leaders, IT decision-makers, and operations executives - Drive consultative selling with focus on ROI, scalability, and Industry 4.0 transformation value - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies - Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate forecasting - Engage in long and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders - Present solutions aligned with manufacturing digital transformation needs - Support proposal development and client presentations - Monitor pipeline performance and ensure revenue growth targets are met
