Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Account Executive, Programs is responsible for driving new business growth within private sector markets, with a primary focus on multi-residential opportunities.

This is a newly created, full-time permanent role and an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who thrive on challenge, enjoy building a pipeline from the ground up, and closing new business. You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end - prospecting developers, property managers, and building owners; leading discovery across complex, multi-stakeholder deals; and driving opportunities from first touch through contract execution.
