Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Monitor cash flow, payments, and collections
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning

Requirements

• Able to handle full set accounts independently
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience in construction or trading industry is an added advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions in accordance with Malaysian law
