Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with experience in the

hotel industry

to manage billing, collections, and receivables. The role requires strong coordination with internal departments and clients to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process invoices for guests, corporate clients, and travel agents
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
Follow up on pending payments through calls and emails
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Reservations teams for accurate billing
Maintain and review debtor ageing reports on daily and monthly basis
Handle credit billing and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
