**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in an advertising sales or business development role.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Polish, Czech or Romanian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
+ Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
+ Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
