Job Description

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of insurance broking, understanding people’s lives, spotting the risks they haven’t thought of, and building the kind of trust that keeps clients with you for years. You’ll manage and grow your own book of personal and commercial lines business, give expert advice, and be the person clients actually want to pick up the phone to. You’ll be backed by an underwriting support team, a recognized brand, and a culture (the RBS Way) that takes both client outcomes and how we treat each other seriously.

Growing the book

• Win new business through your own lead generation and networking, hit retention targets on your existing portfolio, and work to the income budget agreed for your book. Keep an eye on expenses and contribute to the broader growth strategy of the group.
