Job Description
The Account Executive owns the client relationship and is responsible for delivering measurable automation outcomes. You sit between the client and the delivery team β translating client goals into workflow projects, tracking execution, and ensuring results are demonstrated and retained.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end β from onboarding through outcome delivery
- Define client goals and set measurable targets (e.g., 10x intake, 95% efficiency gain)
- Design and recommend automation workflows and UI solutions for clients
- Coordinate with developers, VOMs, and operations to ensure on-time deployment
- Run regular client syncs and produce progress updates
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Escalate blockers and manage client dependencies proactively
- Maintain account data in the tracking system (target dates, challenges, solutions)
