Roles & Responsibilities
Arrange settlement of vendors’ outstanding including reconciliation of vendor accounts.
Arrange payments towards monthly allotments, sign-off allotments and special allotments to crew.
Arrange cash advances to masters of the fleet vessels.
Accounting receipts for ESC, Marshall Islands
Correspondence with the VAT Consultants for VAT issues
Providing documents to the banks or other statutory bodies for KYC compliance.
Arrange settlement of loan repayments and interest payments
Respond to messages from suppliers concerning payments.
Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's / master’s degree in accounting and finance
