The Account Director will work in the HWS Spain & Portugal team and will be responsible for driving transient and group business into Hilton’s portfolio of hotels. The Account Director will be responsible for several corporate and sports accounts to penetrate these segments. The tasks will include generating client requests and RFPs, supporting group business conversion, organizing client engagement activities to drive loyalty and product knowledge (including Business Review meetings, familiarization trips, Lunch and Learn, Social events), and participating in relevant tradeshows representing Hilton.
