Job Title: Account Assistant (AP) (ID4658)
Location: Gul Circle
Working Hour: Mon to Thurs: 8:45am to 5:45pm & Fri: 8:45am to 5:15pm
Salary: $3200

• Responsible for AP & Costing administration support.
• Maintain accurate and compliance standard entries for AP with full supporting documents.
• AP data entry and prepare payment run.
• Track and record monthly prepayment schedules.
• Monthly AP & Inter-company reconciliation.
• Assist monthly financial closing and yearly financial audit functions.
• Maintain proper filing system and general office duties.
• Assist ad-hoc job when assigned.
• Prepare monthly Job Orders report.
• Assist gathering monthly production outputs.

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or above.
• At least 2 years of experience in AP
