Job Description Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manages the implementation of new financial accounting software applications including planning and scheduling of tasks in coordination with IT Department. Has ownership of complex master data objects in ERP system. Five years or more of experience with SAP preferred. Designs processes to resolve issues, meet new requirements, or introduce efficiencies. Documents procedures within the Accounting Department. Analyzes business processes affecting the accounting function and plans process improvement projects in conjunction with other departments involved in the process. This includes flowcharting where necessary and making recommendations for improvement, including the elimination of redundancy and errors and streamlining of the closing cycle.
