We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our Scoping Team.
+ In this role, one will play a key role in defining the scope of Accessibility assessments and Design reviews for various projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
+ This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and document technical requirements like what digital assets are in scope, environment details, test credentials and test data to support assessment activities.
+ This individual will be responsible for documenting complex customer workflows and business processes providing step by step instructions for accessibility consultants that are easy to understand and follow
+ This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a SLA based environment.
