As an Access Nurse, your work will focus on coordinating patient flow. In this position, you will facilitate hospital transfers and direct admissions, determine daily bed resources and oversee bed management logistics for the health system. This position is vital in gathering accurate data to enhance efficiency and promote patient safety and need prioritization.

**A caregiver in this position works 11:00am to 11:00pm, about 48 hours in a 6 week period.**
