Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a shift Access Navigator in the CBHC at Behavioral Health Network!

The Access Navigator has a unique role in team-based client care. You will build working relationships and provide in-the-moment interventions and referrals to support individuals. As an Access Navigator, you’ll provide evidence-based care in the context of an integrated behavioral health team led by a Master’s-Level Clinicians. Access Navigators serve as advocates, providing needs assessment, case management, direct telehealth and/or in-person support, and help to access needed services. This position requires understanding of community resources and providers, both internal and external to BHN.
