**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**The Access Control & Infant Security Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for newborns, patients, families, and staff within the Women’s Services department. This role oversees and manages infant security systems, badge access, departmental access rights, and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.**
