**About this role**
BlackRock is seeking a **Vice President** to join its **Access & Identity Management** Team. This role involves delivering end-to-end user lifecycle processes, maintaining access controls across enterprise systems and enhancing our identity and access controls.
The position requires a strong combination of operational leadership, process optimization, automation, and analytical problem‑solving.
