Position Summary

/ Career Interest:The Access Analyst is an integral member of the Office of Access Management, responsible for partnering with ambulatory practices to help achieve the goal of optimized patient access to services within the health system to meet Health System goals. The Access Specialist is a liaison for all clinical departments; gathers compiles, analyses and presents information and reports from multiple systems and departments, identifies access barriers and partners with the practice on improvement solutions by reviewing the performance against target conditions and goals, develops recommendations and does build within the EPIC environment to ensure solutions are integrated with all technology to enhance the patients experience while meeting the provider ,department and health system needs..
