**What you’ll do:**

+ This role will be required to lead design to develop, test, complete and launch new products and extensions to existing product lines; Works together with other CPC project teams on their materials applications / sourcing efforts (from R&D side).
+ Work with whole mechanical team to Instruct and train young engineers to improve team’s capability in mechanical area and product knowledge, lead and participate in requirements analysis, design review and other team development processes.
+ Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and materials and uses computer software tools to design and analyze product integrity in order to facilitate rapid deployment.
