Academy Operations Administrator
A company that is empowering the frontline of healthcare delivery is seeking an Academy Operations Administrator who will be based in Cape Town. This candidate will be responsible for the configuration, training, support, marketing, and implementation of all Academy content partner courses. Collaborating with HCP support services for enrollment and payment within the EMGuidance Academy, the role ensures the delivery of Academy courses based on the companyβs processes. The Administrator will also provide support to content partners and Academy users, verify new users, and execute projects and reports as per requirements.
