The Opportunity

The Student Accessibility Services seeks an incumbent who is responsible for providing academic tuition for Students of Determination to facilitate them in the development of academic language literacy and study skills required to enable them to reach their full potential in their disciplinary studies. Using a student‑centered philosophy the candidate must be adaptable, flexible and happy to work in an everchanging environment with a capacity to develop a catalogue of innovative and creative learning activity strategies. Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with faculty, SAS administration and Students of Determination are of paramount importance and an interest in developing new skills and knowledge especially in technology as required by the evolving demands of SAS and the needs of Students of Determination.
