About the Role
As Academic Success Manager for the DACH region, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers while safeguarding the revenue base. You will identify new opportunities within health workforce education institutions and help them derive maximum value from our content and platforms through engaging training sessions.
Responsibilities
Drive demand for Elsevier e-solutions and content within the DACH healthcare education market
Generate opportunities for e-solutions and collaborate with the institutional sales team to convert leads
Identify key decision makers and position solutions effectively
Manage onboarding and implementation of educational e-solutions, particularly with faculty, students, and librarians
Support ongoing usage through face-to-face and online training, product presentations, and demonstrations
