As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant / Registrar who will become the right hand of our Academic Director and play a critical role in keeping our academic operations running smoothly.

This is not a routine administrative position.

One day you might be helping a family through the enrollment process. The next, you might be updating student records, preparing transcripts, designing the weekly school newsletter, creating forms for data collection, improving workflows, or solving a problem nobody has solved before.

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, loves learning new things, and takes ownership without waiting to be asked.
