You will shape the culture of the school, support student pathways to graduation, and ensure every part of the experience reflects curiosity, belonging, and real-world impact.

• Lead and coach teachers to implement the design-thinking process in all learning experiences.
• Ensure all student projects result in real impact products, not only presentations or awareness campaigns.
• Oversee academic counseling and design personalized graduation plans aligned with requirements.
