**Academic Collaborator**
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

**Overview:**
We are seeking an Academic Collaborator with a strong research background in machine learning, data science, or related fields to help drive innovation in our research and product development efforts. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) role ideal for a current Ph.D. student or researcher with a record of publications at top ML conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.). The collaborator will provide expertise in designing methodologies, developing tools, and advancing cutting-edge projects with direct impact on product innovation.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Collaborate with research teams on ongoing product and technology research.
+ Design and implement new methodologies and tools for machine learning research.
+ Conduct independent and collaborative research on user behavior, data, and models.
+ Partner with engineers, analysts, and product stakeholders to integrate research findings.
