Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
β’ Own and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle - onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits
β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, contracts and employee data across entities
β’ Ensure statutory compliance - PF, gratuity, PT, ESIC, labour law requirements
β’ Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Paysquare and resolve discrepancies
β’ Manage leave, attendance and HRIS data; maintain a centralized HR master tracker
Policy & Process
β’ Implement, communicate and maintain all core HR policies - Leave, Travel & Reimbursement, Code of Conduct, POSH, IT Access and Laptop policies
β’ Build and roll out a structured onboarding and induction program for new joiners
