Job Description:

Programme Management

· Support the strategic planning of ReVIVE projects and partnerships across geographies including innovations.

· Manage the projects and programs including field visits, partner engagement, tracking program milestones, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting to ensure effective program execution.

Grant Management & Partner Coordination

· Support end-to-end grant management processes including proposal review, due diligence coordination, grant documentation, disbursement tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

· Maintain regular engagement and communication with program partners and grantees.

· Support onboarding and coordination of implementation and innovation partners under the ReVIVE initiative.
