Preparing the Policy & Processes

  • Preparing & review city specific process notes which can cater city specific deviations & mitigants for the same
  • Inputs for updating technical policy, Vendor management Policy, Audit policy.

    • Complete Vendor Management

  • Vendor Empanelment for respective zones
  • Periodical review of the vendors for respective zones
  • · Regular monitoring of TAT
  • · Resolving valuation specific queries from respective zones

    • Responsible for Audit & Hindsighting

  • Carrying out periodical audits of vendors for respective zones
