Job Description
**Job Title:** Special Education Paraprofessional – Elementary Level
**Role Type:** School Aide (School-Based)
**Compensation: $26/hr**
**Location:** Sharon, MA
**Start Date:** April 6, 2026
**Contract Duration:** 13 weeks
**Weekly Hours:** 32.5
**Schedule:** School-day hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30a to 3:15p
**Position Description**
We are looking for a committed and student-focused Special Education Paraprofessional to join the SOAR Program (Student Opportunities for Academic Readiness) at an elementary school. The SOAR program is a structured, self-contained learning environment designed to support students who benefit from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based strategies in order to successfully engage in the school setting.
