Job Description
Associate Clinical Director (ACD) – Hybrid | Full-Time Locations: Solano, Central Contra Costa, and Ventura. Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking an experienced Associate Clinical Director (ACD) to provide clinical leadership, quality assurance oversight, and operational support across assigned regions. This hybrid leadership role supports Clinical Managers, ensures treatment fidelity, oversees compliance, and drives positive client outcomes through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee quality assurance across regions to ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and treatment fidelity
+ Review clinical documentation, insurance reports, assessments, discharge summaries, and addendums
+ Analyze client progress and QA data to support evidence-based treatment decisions
+ Collaborate with Clinical Managers on client progress, treatment goals, barriers, and transition planning
