Job Description
Accounts Assistant
Monday - Friday
Mon - Thurs: 8am - 5.30pm, Fri: 8am - 5pm
Working Location: 55 Shipyard Road Singapore
Salary: $2300 - $2500
- Handle daily account data entry
- Handle staff petty cash
- Follow up customer invoice & payments
- Prepare invoices, DO and payment vouchers
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Diploma in Accounting
- At least one year of relevant working experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Accounting Software
