Functie

Procurement & Contractmanagement (België/Luxemburg)

  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor het Belux-contractportfolio (±49 contracten) binnen hygiene, facility en ondersteunende diensten.

  • Tactische sourcing, onderhandelingen en advisering aan de business.

  • Werken binnen uiteenlopende categorieën: HR, Fleet, MRO, Logistics en Facility.

    • Supplier Management & Process Excellence

  • Opvolging van leveranciers met focus op kwaliteit, risico en kostcontrole.

  • Sleutelrol in de verdere uitrol van het Vendis Procure-to-Pay-systeem.

  • Optimaliseren van P2P-processen en reduceren van maverick buying.

  • Training, coaching en ondersteuning van interne teams.

  • Continu verbeteren van de end-to-end procurementflow.
