• Conducting routine property inspections and home visits
• Managing tenancy issues, complaints, and maintenance follow-ups
• Checking property condition and compliance
• Liaising with tenants, contractors, and support agencies
• Updating housing records and departmental systems
• Assisting with arrears, vacancies, and tenancy changes
• Maintaining accurate client and property records and file notes.
