Job Description
Patient Service Associate
Duration: 8 months (till March 2027)
Location: Eunos
Pay: $10-13/hr
Hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am to 12pm (Sat, 2x/month)
May occasionally have to AM
The cost of required medical / vaccination checkups will be covered.
Roles & Responsibilities- Provide frontline service
- Register patients, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
- Assist patients with self-service kiosks
- Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
- Min. N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any course
- No experience needed, training is provided
