Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To visit outlets/warehouses on a regular basis to check on the outlets/warehouse inventory and operating documents.
  • To conduct the audit in line with cafe operational procedures and to report any findings those are not in line with standard operational procedures.
  • To submit the monthly reports of the audit findings to the management.
  • Conduct inventory, daily transaction and physical cash check.
  • To advise outlets and provide guidance in managing their shortages and inventory handling.
  • To investigate and report on any cases suspected of pilferages or bad management of the inventory.

    • Requirements

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required...
