Job Description for Temporary Accounts (Profit Control)
- Maintain Accounts Receivable System for Foreign and Local invoices
- Maintain Accounts Payable freight charges. Issue Debit & Credit Note
- Check input records to show expenses and others
- Prepare Monthly Reports for Accounts Receivable, Resales Reports and Scrap Reports
- Prepare Audit Schedule, perform 2 ways checking on AX System Reports
- Perform other accounting tasks as required.
- Liaise with forwarder on bill dispute (for wrongly billed expenses)
- Conduct Inventory Check, Fixed Assets Check and Document Check
