Job Descriptions

• Fully responsible for the book keeping of all raw material (oil) purchase, follow-up on oil contracts, ensure incoming oils comply with specifications, coordination with suppliers and production for the oil deliveries, ensure oil receiving correctness before payment, to keep track of daily oil position and monthly report and any related ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
• Responsible for the procurement of Spare Parts, Packaging Material, Lab and Process Chemicals.
• Plan, direct or coordinate all the purchasing activities comply with Purchasing Procedure and meet the specified requirements.
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future materials availability.
