Job Description
Position : Sales Coordinator
Working Days : 5-day work week
Working Hours : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location : Yishun
Salary : S$2,500 – S$3,200 + Variable Bonus
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing: Issuing quotations, processing sales orders/sample orders, and submitting invoices accurately.
- Sales Support: Liaising with delivery schedule and updating customers PO.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating delivery schedules and monitoring order fulfilment.
- With experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- GCE O Level minimum
- At least 1-year relevant experience
