Job Description
- Design, implement, and oversee customer programs and projects, managing all phases from initiation to completion.
- Plan, execute, control, and review project delivery to meet customer commitments, ensuring thorough project documentation and adherence to management processes.
- Respond promptly and decisively to client needs, actively managing expectations.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison with internal departments (sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, shipping) and ensuring high-quality customer support.
- Facilitate communication with clients on product-related issues, engineering changes, and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates, while providing regular project status updates and reports.
