Location : Kent Ridge

Working days/hours : Mon to Fri, Office hours

Salary : $12/hr - $13.50/hr

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes (interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
• Provide administrative support documentation, billing, allowances
• Coordinate engagement activities, including logistics and planning
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of records and documentation
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Min A Level / Diploma in any field
• Prior experience in HR / Administrative would be an advantage
