Scope

The O&G team in Dubai is looking to hire an Off-Cycle Intern who will work on deals across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific region. Given the coverage of the APAC markets, the candidate may be open to the longer-term opportunity of being located in Hong Kong. You may work on transactions that provide exposure to a broad range of client industries and investment banking services.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze financial statements, general economic conditions, industry-specific developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes of public and private companies.
• Gain intimate knowledge of capital raisings and financing structures.
• Collaborate with a talented, dedicated staff of professionals to gain exposure to the many different issues and concerns affecting companies and investors today.
