will: Have University qualifications and successful teaching experience in teaching the above-listed subject areas at a junior level Foster a student-centered environment in the classroom Have good interpersonal skills and a history of successful classroom management Have successful experience supporting Indigenous students and vulnerable/at-risk students Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills and ability to work as a team member Be committed to collaborative planning, consultation, parent conferences and positive home / school / community liaison Have knowledge of and commitment to using current assessment strategies Have a commitment to the directions of the school as outlined in the School Growth Plan Embed the First Nations Principles of Learning in all subject areas Be committed to and practice the philosophy of Inclusion Have experience in the use of technology in the classroom Be committed to working as a coope...
