Our client, a Singapore-based research organisation with a strong focus on social trends and public opinion, is looking for a new team member.

• Conduct structured phone surveys and collect public opinion and social trends.
• Update responses into computer systems (training will be provided).

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level.
• Effective telephone communication skills.
• Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner.
• Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages.
• Proficient in computer software.
• Prior call‐centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.

Monday to Friday / 4 Hours ONLY

• Afternoon – 12.30pm to 4.30pm (4 headcount)
• Evening – 5.30pm to 9.30pm (1 headcount)
