Job Description
- 3D Visualization & RenderingProduce high-end, photo-realistic 3D visuals for luxury residential spaces including majlis, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, dressing areas, and circulation spaces.Apply accurate lighting, materials, and textures consistent with approved mood boards, material palettes, and EVA’s visual identity.Deliver layered PSD outputs and ensure all visuals meet EVA’s luxury rendering standards (composition, realism, tone).Create cinematic walkthroughs or animations when required for client presentations.
- Design Development & CoordinationTranslate 2D drawings, sketches, and references into accurate 3D models aligned with design intent.Coordinate closely with 2D, FF&E, and Relationship Manager teams to ensure concept and client requirements are precisely represented.Adapt visuals based on feedback from the Head of Design, Relationship Manager, and Client — while maintaining brand integrity.
