The 3D CAD Modeler will support Integrated Topside Design (ITD) CAD model development of ship platforms and exterior systems and antennas installations.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Integrated Topside Design, for the creation and updates of 3D models of U.S. Navy ships, support of shipboard laser 3D scanning, and the development of models used in supporting Computational Electromagnetic (CEM) modeling and analysis.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Minimum three (3) years of a demonstrated and established knowledge base and subject matter expertise performing parametric modeling using Autodesk Inventor Professional.
+ In lieu of Autodesk Inventor Professional, one or more of the following software: Solidworks; Catia; Pro-E; NX; Solidedge; will be acceptable with an Autodesk Inventor Essentials certificate of completion.
